During our grand city tour, you get the general impression of the “Golden City”, completed by walks and inside visits. By bus, you pass the State Opera, the National Museum, Wenceslas Square with the St. Wenceslas statue and then get all the way to the Prague Castle district. Here you enjoy a walking tour passing by the Archbishop Palace, you visit St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the Golden Lane. Then you continue by bus, across the Vltava River to Pařížská Street passing through the Jewish “Ghetto“. The tour finishes at the Old Town Square surrounded by the Old Town Hall with its famous Astronomical Clock, Týn and St. Nicholas churches.

This tour allows even visitors short of time to get to know the most important sights of the “Golden City”. We show you the National Museum and Wenceslas Square, the Vyšehrad Fortress, the Strahov Stadium and the Hradčany Castle district. You continue to the Inner City, through the Jewish “Ghetto” to Pařížská Street and the famous Old Town Square, where the tour ends.

This half day excursion takes you 45 km south of Prague to former gothic castle Konopiste (constructed in 14-th century). Then in 1887 it was rebuilt by Crownprince Franz Ferdinand, who was assassinated 1914 in Sarajevo. After a 10 minutes walk from the parking lot through the wood you will reach the East Tower and the entrance to the castle where a comprehensive guided tour will show you the representations rooms and the unigue collection of hunting trophies.

This half day excursion takes you 35 km southwest of Prague to the medieval Castle Karlstejn. This mighty construction has been built 1348 under Emperor Charles IV. It has never been conquered and it was here, where for several centuries the Crown Jewels and all important documents were keept. We reach the Castle entrance after a 15 minutes walk uphill from the parking lot. During a comprehensive guided tour you will get to see the fortifications and all rooms impressive castle. After the visit we return to Prague.

Prague Sightseeing Tours

Departure point: Republic Square - opposite the Powder Tower.
All year round free pick-up for tours No: 1 (for the 9.30 departure), 6, 7, 8 from most four-star hotels.
Pick up from a hotel for whole-day trips (T11, T12, T13, T14, T15) has to be ordered two days ahead before 3 p.m. on tel: ++420/2/333 513 45.
Please note that programmes and prices are subject to alterations.

All tours are guaranteed in English and German. French, Russian, Spanish and Italian - on request. Children: free ride under 6 years, if no seat is requested, special children fare up to 12 years. No refund for unused vouchers.
We are not responsible for objects left behind on the bus.
