Rent a car

1. Only a person, who is at least 21 years of age with a valid driverīs licence of relevant class can rent a vehicle. The rental company will keep the copies of an indification and driverīs licence.

2. Minimal rental period is 24 hours. Allowance for late return is maximum 1 hour, past this time, the customer is liable for additional 24 hour charge of rental. The customer accepts the rented car directly from the lessor, and is responsible to return the car in person. The customer has legal obligation for the car during the time of rental, which begins and ends with personal acceptance of the car, being returned to the lessor (the exact address is stated in the contract).

3. The customer shall prove his / her identity and prove for capability of driving the vehicle.

4. The customer will not disassemble or repair any parts of vehicle, which are sealed or marked by a special color. If any breakdown of the vehicle is caused by the customer, he/ she is fully responsible for damage to the rental company (see Addition 1.a). The customer will reimburse the rental company lost profit during the period the vehicles is being repaired. If damage was caused while under influence of Alcohol, the amount is 500,- CZK for every additional day.

5. For identional tampering with or damage to the speedometer seal, the rental company will recommend prosecution.

6. In the case of an accident, the customer shall wait upon police arrival, and make a report to the police for the rental company. *CDW would not be acceptable, when a customer does not have a police report.

7. The customer is obligated to respect the traffic rules as stated in the Road regulations for Czech Republic, to operate the vehicle in a proper manner, and not to cause unnecessary wear and tear of the vehicle.

8. The customer will notify the rental company of intention to keep the vehicle for extended period in person or by telephone. Otherwise possession of the vehicle will be judged as unauthorized, the police will be notified and asked to retrieve the vehicle from unauthorized use. In an addition the customer will be charged 1.000,- CZK for every additional day for an unauthorized use of the vehicle.

9. Additional parts of rented vehicle are its technical licence, proof of third party liability insurance and keys for a vehicle. When customer fail to return one of these, the rental company will have delayed business and shall charge for replacement in following manner: - for not turning in the technical licence 1.000,- CZK lump sum. - for not turning in the keys of vehicle 500,- CZK lump sum.

10. The rental company in entitled to control a condition and all documents of the vehicle, as well as driverīs licence of the customer. Also it has the right to give a notice of cancellation of this rental, when a violation of the renting condition occurs. The rent a car office hours are Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sat 8,30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sun 8,30 a.m. - 2 p.m. There is a fee of 200,- CZK for a service provided before or after office hours.

11. The vehicle will not be operated by any other person than the customer who signed the contract, who will not participate in the racing for prizes, or to use the vehicle for purpose of transportation for payment, etc., according to§ # 259 of the Public law.

12. The customer is not allowed to use any form publicity on the vehicle (stickers) without written consent of the rental company.

13. The rental company provides a drop off / pick up service to their customers at Pragueīs district for a fee of 200,- CZK, at the airport for 250,- CZK.

14. In the event any terms of this contract are violated, the rental company can withdraw from this contract without compensation to the customer.

In the event any of contract terms are violated, the clauses § # 3. Will be null and void, than pursued by § # 1.a).

Both contracting parties shall follow the renting conditions to their full extent.
